I don't have issue with Timberland product itself but recently experienced horrendous online service from them. I ordered a pair of shoe on 19th of January 21'. They stated that it would delivered within 5-7 days. While I ordered and until order procedure is complete , delivery address was obviously shown as my current address. But to my surprise when order was complete , out of nowhere delivery address was shown as my old previous address which I left it 3 and half years ago. I left the note about address issue through contact page on their web page but did not get any response. Very next day I called them through phone and explained whole scenario and told them I don't have access to old address. They promised me they would delivery to nearest collection pt. since it was not possible to change the delivery address amid logistic procedure and they would confirm through email. Since I did not get any email , next day I called them again and they assured me it would not go to my old address but told me they would instruct the logistic company to delivery to collection point ,once the item arrives in UK. I did not yet get any email about the collecting instruction . Then I checked my order status , it was still showing my Old address as delivery goods. Third time in row in 3rd day ,yet again, I call them , they told me the same words and reassured it would not delivery to old address. I kept on tracking the order. 8 days after I ordered , finally when I checked the last tracking today on their web page, to my surprise, it was shown as delivery failed to delivery because someone refused to accept the delivery saying they did not ordered. It was obviously attempted to delivery to old address despite requesting three times in row not to do so. They told me they would attempt to delivery to my current address but I have no idea how many days , or months I have to wait more. For an occasion I needed that shoe this Wednesday but it seems I am going to miss it.It is absolute joke and totally irresponsible act from the timberland personnel. Their web page as well have several issues like I can not check order details . When I try , page says 'we are having busy days'. I suggest everyone to avoid their web page to avoid these horrendous issue and service but purchase directly from shop where possible.

I ordered new shoes which came damaged so I ordered another pair which arrived but was wrong colour leather. I sent back both shoes at the same time January 2nd and the returns terms and conditions state that refunds can take up to 10 days .I had no refund in my account on the 15th January so contacted customer services who said that they have received my two returned pairs of shoes and was told it can take up to a further 10 working days .I stated that I have already waited 13 days but was fobbed off with an apology .Now 16 days later still no refund .It's funny how when you order anything the money leaves your bank account in seconds but when you want a refund they want to hang on to your money as long as possible.Timberland just give me my refund as two pairs of shoes comes to quite a lot of money .I contacted Timberland again Jan 18th today and was fobbed off again .Very poor.

Shoes lost while with the courier; this can happen so i reach out to customer service to help with either locating the item or providing a refund. I received such a snarky response which stated there was still one day left for the item to be delivered (they require 10 day working days) and not to judge them or come to 'conclusions' - whatever that means. Low and behold items were lost and i had to go through PayPal to get my money back. Horrible on-line experience.

£350 coat with almost unusable zip. Great coat other than that, but the zip is fundamental!

Last week it was my grandson’s 15th birthday. He pointed out to me that I was wearing the same cardigan as I was wearing in the photo of him shortly after he was born! This is a Timberland cotton and linen mix zipped cardigan that I have worn regularly for many years. It is still looking great with no sign of wear. An excellent product with style and longevity.

Awful service was waiting 2 weeks for delivery, now more 1 month waiting for my refund, fed up calling them, not going to buy any more from them so much stress

Awful experience, I returned items but didn't get a refund for a month..after calls/emails/stress. Won't order again.

I think the people on here have been incredibly unlucky. Over the course of a week I bought 3 pairs of timberland boots from Timberland.co.uk the latest being last Tuesday I've just received all 3 pairs in pristine condition within 7 working days and had no issues with Yodel.......After reading the reviews on here I got a bit nervous as I spent over £300.00 however upon calling Timberland they assured me that I would get my orders and they had resolved the border issues caused by brexit.I have plans to by more directly from the Timberland website.In no way was this review sponsored and is my honest experience with Timberland uk

I have to agree with every negative comment on this page. I only read them after placing my order and when my order said that it had been dispatched and would be with me the next day I though I was lucky. However my order never turned up it took a further 13 days for order to come l,20 days in total. when it did arrive it wasn’t complete no dispatch not no invoice just some twee post card saying they hope I enjoy no I get no response from them timberland I put this down to Brexit as I have used them before with no issue and although your using a uk site it’s coming from Europe

Absolutely appalled by the service provided by Timberland. Ordered from them on 4th January, and received no mention of my order until 10 days later when I was told it was finally despatched and with Yodel for delivery on 15th. Considering their website says the delivery time is within a week (if that) they need to be clearer here ref. delays.My worst experience came when trying to get a hold of their customer service team. Tried live chat - this was a bot that had no idea how to help me and couldn't even connect me to an agent - it just directed me to send an email. I've since sent 3 emails to them and NO RESPONSE AT ALL. Even tried ringing and was on hold for 25 minutes, to be told my order 'might' come in a week's time...they had no clue.THEN they had the audacity to email me with marketing material saying the product I had ordered now had a further 20% off (£20)...I hadn't even received my order by then. That baffles me, there's no thought behind it - at least remove me from that comms if I've ordered?? I did consider ordering again and then returning my original order but honestly, I would've been waiting a month at that rate and I couldn't be bothered. And no doubt I wouldn't have gotten my money back.I work in marketing myself and clearly you have no concept on what your customers are saying/doing or the fact they're trying to get a hold of you. Shocking.

Cancelled my order with no reason and had to wait 8 days for my money back, what a joke!!!Won’t be ordering from timberland again! Shocking service as well, took them nearly two weeks to reply to an email. Absolutely terrible customer service!

I ordered the boots during the black Friday sale and the first pair I received were defective and had a lot of scuff marks, scratches and other marks across the boots. I contacted customer service to ask for an exchange and was told they do not do exchanges (I have never heard of a major company not doing simple exchanges) and I would have to 1. return the boots and get a refund for the original pair 2. re-order and pay for a new pair 3. if the sale was no longer valid they would part refund me the balance of the sale price compared to the full retail price so I would still pay only the original sale amount. I did like the boots (other than all the scuffs and scratches) so did return and re-order a new pair. annoyingly the black Friday sale had finished so I had to buy them full price and then request the refund of the balanceThe first pair of boots to be returned were meant to be collected the next working day but the courier came three working days late. I was constantly told the courier would collect the boots the next working day but it never happened. This was annoying as the refund would not be processed until the boots had reached their warehouse. I received the second pair of boots and frustratingly they had more marks and scratches all over the boots. Again I contacted customer service to complain and to ask why do all the boots keep coming with defects to which they replied that it must be happening during the delivery of the boots. However I believe the leather in the boots are cheap quality and easy to mark and that they are being handled badly during the packing stage. I again asked can they just simply exchange the boots to which they said no, and that I would have to return the second pair get a refund and by a third pair!!!. I am not willing to waste more time and money on the boots so I have just returned the second paid and have asked for all my money back. I have so far received 2 out of 3 refunds due to me and am waiting the third refund!!
